EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY At Celebrations, we ensure you a hassle-free shopping experience, where you can confidently make purchases.
* In case of Uniforms, ONLY EXCHANGE requests will be considered.
* The exchange will be done for extra charges.
* For Exchange requests for higher or lower size of uniforms, there will be a convenience fees charge that will be borne by you along with the difference in the amount payable on account of the size change.
* The product to be exchanged should be returned in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.
* Please ensure that clothes are not used, altered, washed, soiled, or damaged. Retain original tags and accessories (buttons etc).
* Branded packaging should be intact and returned in a safe condition with the product.
* However, damage due to misuse of product is not covered under the policy.
* Socks and clothing freebies are ineligible for returns.
* Products with tampered or missing serial numbers are likewise unavailable.
* Replacement can be for the full product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same.
